Young, strikingly beautiful, Celeste has beguiled more than her fair share of young men with her killer looks and pouty expressions; and crushed the fragile egos of many a young girl in her high school. She’s perfect in every way and perfectly mean–wickedly vicious. Her predatory ways are well known at her high school and while her demeaning attacks are enjoyed by her posse of cheerleaders–they are most definitely hated by others.

But tonight during her school’s Halloween dance, Celeste will be led through the shadows of a new world; disturbing gifts will be added to all of her distasteful traits–doing the kind of things nightmares are made of–committing unspeakable acts of horror. And it all begins with a mysterious black box containing two blood red contact lenses–the label says: Demon Eyes. Believing they were ordered by her, she willing puts them in–only these were delivered in the middle of the night.

Now subject to uncontrollable appetites on All Hallows Eve, drop by drop she’ll taste the bittersweet of her obnoxious personality, the likes of which she could’ve never imagine, and find that by morning she’ll be wishing she was dead!

“Okay,” he growled into his mike, “who are you?”The talking in the background stopped and a heavy silence hung in the air as the others waited along with Dylan for a reply. Finally, a very quiet, very queer little voice broke the silence. It was ghostly and hollow. There was also a strange hissing sound, almost an echo, which weaved its way through it’s words.
“I have come to kill,” it said flatly, “come to spill blood.”
It said nothing else, but just stood there continuing to stare at Dylan.
Irritated by its answer, the line of Dylan’s mouth straightened, his lips pressed tight. “Kill? I didn’t ask you why you’re here. I asked you who you are, and how the freak you got into our game?”

For Kara, the wedding was a dream come true, with all of its pomp and circumstance–her white Satin dress adorned with rows of pearls and untold amounts of lace–a forest of floral color bursting the seams of the reception hall, imbuing the night with dreamy fragrances, ending the evening with a catered feast fit for royalty–a spectacular, intoxicating evening.

At last the happy couple escaped–filled with wistful notions–their car covered with shaving cream and words, Just Married, sprawled across the rear window and every other possible place. Two young lovers speeding to their honeymoon. On their way to a remote cabin. Stealing away to discover long desired intimacies and romantic passions. Kara happily in the arms of her husband, Rick, her childhood love who was now hers.

But, sometimes, innocence temps the darkness and a simple detour to wash a car in an obscure little desert town becomes something more–something unexpected. a nightmare! A life and death struggle–against a mysterious, oddly painted, black box-truck and the evil within it–leaving two young lovers to fight for their lives and for each other, and ultimately, to make a sacrifice that only Kara can make.

Before him, stood the image of a monster; a lifeless corpse, as dead as anything six feet under. Mr. Smith’s hand was now a bony skeleton with long yellow finger nails. Skin was falling off his bony hand, with his eye sockets looking like gaping black holes. The creature opened its mouth to say something, but all Jacob could see was a flood of maggots pouring onto the floor, crawling from every gaping hole in his body. Jacob wanted to scream, but couldn’t. Finally he yanked his hand away from Mr. Smith’s, gasping, still staring at his teacher.Everyone was a little surprised at Jacob’s reaction, watching as he stepped back, still staring at Mr. Smith. Jacob steadied himself, his hand on the wet counter-top. All of a sudden, every bead of moisture on it lit up like the fourth of July, snapping and popping with electricity, bursting into flames.

“Not again!” whispered Deek under his breath.

All four malt glasses exploded into a thousand shards, causing everyone to duck, covering their faces. The look on Mr. Smith’s face was nothing less than pure shock as he backed away towards the cash register; dropping a five dollar bill on the counter as he turned and rushed out of the store.
